*,v files and their use

    are the comma-v files created by cpanel? if so what are their use. for example rc.conf and rc.conf,v

    they aren't the same inside. i believe mine is creating problems because their different.

    can i delete them and will cpanel recreate them?

    They're temporary files used by the cPanel scripts and you should not do anything to them.
