Value too large for defined data type

    I am getting the following error while trying to download a full backup file via browser

    (75)Value too large for defined data type: access to /cpmove-xxxx.tar.gz failed
    File does not exist: /usr/local/apache/htdocs/403.shtml
    File does not exist: /usr/local/apache/htdocs/favicon.ico

    This happens for any file above 2G

    Kernel : 2.6.9-55.0.12.ELsmp
    WHM 11.11.0 cPanel 11.16.0-S18450
    PHP 5.2.4

    Please help.
