I have noticed that if SMTP authentication is enabled its possible to use a from address that is not hosted on the same server .
That is Use authentication email id and password for [email protected] ( Domain1.com is hosted on server )
And give the email address as [email protected] in the From field of outlook.
I guess If Sender Verify is enabled . It would Still only check if the email id [email protected] exists or not . And if it does then the mail will still go out if that is hosted somewhere else also.
Is there anyway for CPANEL to NOT let emails go out for domains it does not host on the same machine.
