Hello,

After my last update and reboot I got messages that my email client on my phone could not connect anymore. After resetting the password, which made no difference, I decided to reboot my server.

After that reboot WHM and Cpanel itself where not accessible. I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED in Chrome (does not work in any browser)

Been surfing around for a fix and about everybody says update, or autofix but I can. When I update I get the message my version file is empty. And it is! What should be in the version file? Or is there a way to fix that? Or a way to just reinstall the system files?

It sounds like you might have been blocked you might ensure that your IP Address is whitelisted in cPHulk as well as in any firewall software you might have.

I had already contacted support via a ticket. It turned out my server had reboot during an update and allot of cPanel and WHM system files where corrupted. It is all fixed now! So the thread can be deleted/closed.
