I have an image and an html file.
My website is jimdemarre.com, and I want just the html file to display when someone goes there, not have to go to jimdemarre.com/Untitled-2.htm

Try renaming your file to index.htm that should work.

This sort of question is not cPanel related and should be asked of your server administrator or host.
