Very poor help documentation

    Is it me being a bit slow? I am a new user and I can't believe the poor quality of help documentation in host papa. The documentation shows only how to access various areas, it does not explain the uses and it certainly doesn't show you how to implement stuff. I understood that the help and support from host papa was second to none, that's what host papa said anyway. I cant even locate a support tel number. I am seriously considering cancelling my account and claiming my money back. I am giving host papa minus 10 out of 10 for help documentation. opinions welcome, Robb UK

    They've got nothing to do with cPanel. You might post your comments on their forums for faster results.
