very strange problem

hello

sometimes there is a situation on my server that 2 accounts that run forums (phpbb and ib) and the forum loading very slow . and at this time other forums in the server loading very fast (phpbb , ib , vbb etc ...)

any solution ?

Possibly the skin those two forums are loaded with graphics? Or the skin has some buggy code............ Just a thought.
