Very weird cpanel/email issue.

Last week I swicthed from courier to dovecot, and suddently some users complain that they can not log into their email and cpanel IF using WIFI connection. It's just simply said wrong password. But works just fine if connect within LAN/MODEM connection.

When received the first complain, I though it was the users WIFI config was wrong. But other complain come more and more, different people, different accounts.

Any idea what's wrong?

Hello

Please ensure the IP address they are connecting from is not blocked by cPHulk brute force detection:

"WHM >> Security Center >> cPHulk Brute Force Protection"

Look under the "Login/Brute History Report" tab to see if the IP address is listed.
