Video tutorial popup. How to kill it?

    How to turn off the popup?

    It's appear every time when I login to Cpanel.

    Are you talking about the Getting Started Wizard popup? That can be disabled permanently by checking "Don't show this again."

    I did it every times when I login to CPanel, but it shown again and again. I think it used cookies.

    May be exist way to turn it off for all users in WHM or in config file?

    This feature does not rely on cookies, instead it is saved in a file on the server. You should have your hosting provider pursue this issue. One possibility is that there is a file permissions issue preventing this setting from being saved on their server.

    Nobody know where the file?

    Or it's too complicated for the forums guru?

    Try checking the contents of the following file located in the user's home directory:
    Code:
    ~/.cpanel/nvdata/x3_gettingstarted
    It may contain a string such as disable.
