View Bandwidth is in REVERSE Alpha order?

The View Bandwidth option in cPanel 11.18.3 and 11.18.4 lists the domains or users in REVERSE alphabetical order.

Is there any way to correct this? My host says it's a Cpanel bug.

Thanks

You can sort users in alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order by clicking on the header for that column. If it is currently set for reverse alphabetical order, clicking that header again will display the results in alphabetical order.

There may just be a problem here with this. Clicking to sort does not work as expected.

Testing 11.22.3-C23897

On initial entry to WHM View Bandwidth Usage, entries are listed in alphabetic, ascending, order. This is A -> Z ordering.

Clicking one of the various headers: User, Domain or Xfer produces the expected results, changing the order to Low -> High, based upon the Header clicked. Clicking the same header again changes the ordering to High -> Low.

Which version(s) are you using? Or am I testing the wrong interface?

Hi,

I am using
WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.5-R23897
CENTOS Enterprise 5 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

On initial entry to WHM View Bandwidth Usage, entries are listed in reverse alphabetic, descending, order. The only heading sort that works correctly is 'Xfer (Best Fit)'. The others will work once, in reverse order only. They will not change their own order from ascending to descending.

I think this started a day or two ago with the last two 'Release' builds.

On first login to WHM, click View Bandwidth Usage, users are listed in reverse. In my case user starting with t is first, a is last. Click "User" header and t is still at top.

I have a closed out ticket 248431 with login if you'd like to check this here David.

Thanks.

Based upon your reports, it seems a bug with the 11.18 builds. The report I made above was done using an 11.22 test environment, which did not exhibit such behavior.
