View Relayers does not show user/domain

Hi, I am new to this forum and also to cpanel/whm. My VPS has whm 11.25.0
I cannot see user/domain listed under email->View Relayers. I was able to see my domain before but now its not there. Can somebody advice me how to get it back ? My VPS is only hosting my own domain.

You will see the domain under relayers only if it sends out mail.

If it is sending out mail:

Do you see any user called cpanel? If you click on it, you should see the mails being relayed by your domain.

Thanks for your reply. I am using mail. I used to see my domain name as user (not cpanel) and I have only one domain in this vps. I was able to see all relays before. But from about one month, it does not list my domain.

Webmail / Outlook etc.???

We use both. Webmail and Outlook/Outlook express.

I have attached the screen shot of view relayers section.



Before, I used to see my username/doname name under the user/domain and once I click there, I would see all the relays for past 24 hours. Now I am unable to see my username/domain.
