    Hi,

In 5 of our servers, for the last 2 days, the view top relayers list is empty, in other words, the eximstats service doesn't work. We've been trying to restart the service but it can't stay up and running.

Does anybody else has the same prob? I would appreciate any advice on this issue.

Been having similar issues with email related sections as of the day switched to v11
In brief: Unstalbe > things broke , things fixed the next day, broke again, fixed with forced update, fixed with all default settings put back in place and drop of any custom setting...
most problems were with antivirus ( Clam ) , eximstats , relayers(*) , at some occasions all clients reported they could not send or receive emails , bottom line is we spent quite some time in trying to fix email related problems and we are expecting all those to come to an end soon and known CPanel stability "reinstated" :)

(*) relayers worked fine yesterday , today it does not work

This has started for me in the last day or two. I have verified that eximstats is running. I have checked the eximstats db and repaired/optimized the two tables.*

Not sure what to try now. I've also noticed today (and it may be completely unrelated) that there is nothing in my outgoing mail queue (which is odd, there's usually a few bounces in there at any given time) although mail appears to be going out.

    WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.11.0-R16983
    CENTOS Enterprise 3.9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    * it looks like the last entry in the eximstats smtp table is 2007-09-08 02:15:32 and the last entry in the sends table is 2007-09-08 02:15:25 This doesn't make sense to me.

    Hi,

There's another thread about this here - http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=70992

As far as I can tell, there's only a couple of us experiencing this. I've tried a few things I've found searching and googling to no avail. There doesn't seem to be much advice to find. I'm just hoping that some future up will fix it, 'cause I can't.
