    Hi all

When trying to view Word & Excel documents in Horde, I get the message

Can anyone else confirm this happens for them ? Any tips on how to get this working ?

    Thanks

Download the file and open it locally?

Yes, that's an option. However in the chance that the user does not have access to Word or Excel on a machine (however unlikely that may seem) the conversion of the word or excel document is done server side to a viewable format.

And perhaps just having something work instead of throwing up an error - perhaps there is a setting for Horde to make the default action to download instead of converting/opening the file ?

My only concern with this would be someone opening a huge file inside thier webmail, thus causing some sort of problem for the server itself. Don't know anything about it though, so YMMV.
