Virtual Ftp Account Directory Selection

I saw the WHM news on my WHM, &When a user creates a virtual ftp account in their cPanel, they can now choose the directory (inside of their public_html) that the ftp account will have access to.
(5.3.0 build 32 EDGE or later only)

I then try to update to the latest version of WHM so I can use this function in cpanel, but after updated, my WHM shows it's version is &Cpanel 5.3.0-R29& , why ?
How can I get updated and use this new function ?

just to add my $0.02, make sure if you are using a custom theme that it has been updated.

Speaking of custom themes. How are Xskin for WHM & XController for cPanel? Do they update their skins in a timely manner after cPanel releases them?
