    Hello,

Are you attempting to setup a Virtual Host for a new domain name? If so, you should simply create a new account using that domain name, or add the domain name to an existing account as an Alias or Addon domain name:

Create a New Account - Documentation - cPanel Documentation
Addon Domains - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

If you want to customize a Virtual Host for an existing domain name, you'd follow the instructions at:

Modify Apache Virtual Hosts with Include Files - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation

    Thank you.
