Virus on cPANEL

Hi everybody

l have an issue, l have some account on my WHM, l wanna scan those account with virus scan from cPanel, and l notice that on one of account l am not getting directory structure for scanning example:

Scan Entire Home Directory

Scan Mail

Scan Public FTP Space

Scan Public Web Space

​

Does anyone have this issue?

Hey there! Can you let me know specifically where you are seeing data missing from the interface? I'm not entirely clear on what section of cPanel you are looking at from the data provided. Once I know that I can do some more testing and get you better information.

On the section for Virus scanner, only in 1 domain when l logging to Cpanel and go to virus scan l am getting

/home/username/mail/domain.com/email.client/cur/1581986223.M538999P29821.

l can not choose what to scan ( like scan directory, scan mail, etc )

Also, when disinfect, l am getting



This happens only to one domain or client cpanel

Can you check that and see if that helps?
