virus sent from server (my emails)

    Hello

    ok we have the latest stable build, running RHE3.0, we have the clam+mailscanner installed

    we are starting to see more returned emails saying that they were infected... but we did not send then to the emails they said they were sent to

    how/is there away we can track/check this

    are you sure your address isn't just being spoofed? I'm a Mac user and I regularily get back bounced crap that I couldn't have possibly sent, even unknowingly as the the well known OE for Windows vulnerabilities don't apply to me (not using Windows or Outlook). In these cases, I know very well that someone with my name in their adddress book is infected and is sending out virus with spoofed headers built from names randomly taken from their address book.

    It's a MAIL spoof.
