I've noticed in my logwatch today the following:

Viruses detected:
HTML.Phishing.Bank-362: 1 Time(s)
HTML.Phishing.Bank-627: 1 Time(s)
HTML.Phishing.Bank-957: 1 Time(s)
Worm.Stration.WX: 2 Time(s)

Daemon check list:
Database status OK: 46 Time(s)

Virus database reloaded 2 time(s) (last time with 79585 viruses)

But it does not tell me where its located. Any ideas on where I can find these?

Thanks!

It depends in which section of the report this is. If you have MailScanner installed, then it's simply providing you with a summary report of what logwatch gleaned from /var/log/maillog
