    Hello :)

    Web Host Manager is not designed to display file contents in that way. You will need to access cPanel for the account, and browse to the "File Manager" option.

    thank you for reply,
    i am creating a whm plugin and i need to make a link to page inside a domain hosted in my server, not edit the page, so is this possible?
    i can view the page via ip address like this
    http://108.109.109.109/~user/file.txt

    but i want to view it from inside the whm

    The ability to access a URL with a tilde(~) and the account username is achieved with Apache mod_userdir. You can configure this via:

    "WHM Home » Security Center » Apache mod_userdir Tweak"
