We have just obtained a new dedicated server with Cpanel installed on a fedora core 1 OS.

I know of the VNC remote desktop application to view your desktop from a remote location. Is there any known issues with installing VNC with Cpanel and Fedora Core 1?

Also, if there is, is there any other decent remote desktop viewers available that will install on Fedora Core 1 with Cpanel?

    Thanks in Advanced

I was trying to do this once upon a time....never did manage to get it working properly (couldn't connect to the server desktop for some reason)

Then one day I decided to build my own fedora box
Guess what? There's nothing to see/do!
It's not worth the headaches to install it - you'd have to install a desktop GUI (usually not installed by default for a server box) and it uses resources...

    My opinion: dont bother :)

Of course i'm no pro or anything lol
Just learning to use fedora myself
