Waiting for pending account Backup Restoration in WHM

    Hello.

    An account Backup Restoration in WHM still has a Pending status after about an hour. The backup file to be restored weights less than 3 GB.

    Previous restorations started almost instantly.

    Searching the Web I couldn't find how to force the restoration to start, or any info on what could the server be waiting for to start the process.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Check the logs and check the processes on the server to see if you find any backup process running or not.

    Is there anything of note at WHM>>Transfers>>Review Transfers and Restores? This would be where you'd find any issues with the restore process.
