The site looks to down at the moment. That is though the correct URL that is embeded in the install scripts. You can contact your distributor and have them investigate with cPanel or if purchased directly through cPanel you can submit a support request here -> http://www.cpanel.net/support/index.htm

You have enabled checking of packages via GPG keys. This is a good thing.
However, you do not have any GPG public keys installed. You need to download
the keys for packages you wish to install and install them.
You can do that by running the command:
    rpm --import public.gpg.key

Alternatively you can specify the url to the key you would like to use
for a repository in the 'gpgkey' option in a repository section and yum
    will install it for you.

For more information contact your distribution or package provider.

It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.

You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover

Install the correct centos GPG key and you're problem should disapear.

BTW, i'd recommend reading the release notes at the very least for the operating system you choose to use. If you need help with the gpg key, consult the centos.org FAQ.
