    Hi Shekhar,

Is it possible if we suspend a account and the client can login to his control panel? if yes then please give me the reason and also needs the solution.

    Your quick response is appreciated.

    Kind Regards,
    Ullalla.

Well Shekhar is a good friend of mine but he is out, will pass your question to him.

My sugesstion is, they should not be able to access their cPanel and if they are then some thing is wrong. Will have to investigate.

    Hello ullalla,

Yes, Murtaza is correct. If any account is suspended the client will not be able to access cPanel.

Solution, unsuspend the account for two minutes, and run

    /scripts/pkgacct username

This will create a file /home/cpmove-username.tar.gz that you can give to the client to move to another web host (if this is the case, it usually is for us)

Then resuspend the account, or take the appropiate action, possibly terminating it.

    Regards.
