I understand there are plenty of free email alternatives out there.

I have a unique domain name targeted for a specific group of individuals, that I would like to simply set up a website to offer the email for.

What I need to be able to do ( I have CPANEL) is let the user CHECK to see if the name is available, (with some sort of robot prevention preferably) then if it is, continue on to creating the account and paying for it through either a paypal/ 3rd party way.

I could go the route of having each person contact me, checking, then creating and taking payment, but would prefer to automate it more.

Is this possible with current cpanel add ons and or features?
