want to stop using root for everything and make server more secure

Hi,

I currently have 4 staff working in house for me and as i had previously always worked on my own had always just used root to create all accounts and administer the server.

I have been advised that it is a bit of a risk using root all the time and all my staff having the root password etc.

I am a web designer and have no knowledge of Linux etc, I am using:

WHM 11.23.0 cPanel 11.23.3-C25133
FEDORA 4 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

What is the best steps to secure my server whilst still giving staff access for what they need?

One option would be to create additional wheel users in WHM.
