    Hi
I have installed a new cpanel on CentOS 5.6 with EXT4. After the first boot , i encounter the following error message repeatedly.

I'm experiencing the exact same thing. CentOS 5.6 x64. TONS of these in my syslog.

Ok finally i figured out why. It is because the current version of CPanel does not support EXT4 system quota.

    ext4 File System Support

cPanel & WHM now supports the ext4 file system on CentOS and RedHat® Enterprise Linux® versions 5 and higher. However, CentOS and RedHat do not yet support quotas on ext4. This means you are not yet able to use quotas and ext4 with CentOS or RedHat.

Except I have other cPanel servers that have ext4 files systems with quotas enabled and those are not getting any errors.

Does w anyone know when (or if?) CentOS / Red Hat will support quotas on EXT4?

AND, would I be able to "downgrade" from EXT4 to EXT3 on a live system without any problems?
