When upgrading an Account nothing will be allocated to email, mysql, park domains etc.
If you upgrade an Account you will have to go to "modify an account" and put in all the correct details.
One nasty side effect is that the account now has the wrong FEATURE List and the feature list cannot be changed from WHM.
To fix do this:
/scripts/updatenow
/scripts/upcp
service cpanel stop
service cpanel start
then upgrade the account again.
