Hi, while i am installing cpanel i am constantly receiving this message! and the installer is still trying to fetch this file

Warning: no success downloading '/home/.cpan/sources/authors/id/c/cP/cPCPAN/CHECKSUMS.tmp5668'. Giving up on it. at /usr/share/perl5/CPAN/Distribution.pm line 1311

should i be worried about this? I'm trying to access this file by the browser from the mirrors cPanel is trying to connect to and it's giving me 404 error.

so what's the deal on this?
