I have a problem with one web site. But it will take me a moment to understand what is wrong with him. In the meantime, he started to cause problems because he blocked the partition / var. I have the /var/lib/mysql/XXX/watchdog.ibd file - it takes almost 9 GB.

What's in this file? Can I just delete it, do I have to clean its contents in some way?

It turned out that this is not a cPanel problem, but a watchdog on Drupal. This is an old, leaky version of Drupal ...

    Hello,

Thank you for updating us with the outcome. Note that you generally should not manually remove .IDB files via the command line. It's better to check with the support team or developer of the script to determine how to best remove excessive data from the database table.

    Thank you.
