Is there a way to create & edit MySql DB with XML-API?

Is there a way to create and manipulate MySql databases using the XML-API or API1, API2?

I would like to be able to create an application that can access MySql and create new databases and also manipulate tables and data. Is this possible with XML-API or any of the remote API functions?

I am not sure how to do this if it is possible but I would like to get feedback if it is possible or not.

    Thank you.

At this time there is no way to create/remote MySQL databases using the XML-API or API2.

As for manipulating a database remotely, I would recommend adding your IP as an allowed IP to access the databases and just connect to the databases as you would any database.
