we cant send mail to only hotmail

    when we look from exim log file we cant see any problem. but we cant sent mail to our users whose have hotmail account. our mails gone all the other mail server but its not reached to hotmail accounts. how can we fix it?

    our example logs are these;

    when we checking spf records on the microsoft sender id framework wizard it find our spf record.our spf record is "v=spf1 a mx ptr mx:mail.soozluk.net ip4:62.68.207.146 -all" at the moment. do you know an other solution?

    In our zone templates, I've put this entry at the bottom line:

    %domain%. IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx ~all"

    I think this is all you need.

    Your PTR is:

    62.68.207.146 is client-207-146.public-ge0.nixcon.com.tr.


    Ask your NOC to correct the reverse on that IP so it points to whatever mail server (usually the machine name) is listed in your email header envelope.
