Hello ,

we have 500 Sites based on Cpanel , we used to set Theme(x) for our customers and we plans to update all accounts to theme(x3) .

i updated several accounts to the new theme but different sites got different styles , i want to know how to make all styles as default .

i was wondering if anyone could help me in this regard .

Thank U

You can set the default theme as x3 from the WHM --> Basic cPanel/WHM setup --> Enter x3 in the Default cPanel Theme section. It will by default assign x3 theme to new users.

However, to change theme of existing users, I would suggest to change theme from Hosting package wise. But, please be sure that manually assigned quotas like disk space will be restored to the default value if you make change to hosting packages.

Hello ,
Thank you for reply ,

1 - we used to set Theme(x) for all users , we changed the server 2 months ago and after that 90% of websites have updated to Theme(x3) automatically

- it might be because of backup restoring ?

2- most of the users are not getting Default X3 style when we change it from X to X3 , so is there any option to check the Style of themes without login into the Cpanel ? i mean any link to check and change the style from WHM ( Please pay attention that i`m talking about Style , Not theme )

Thank U
