    Hi, I’m trying to setup a contact form for a client. The contact form is using .NET and uses the webconfig smtp details to send an email. The site has the following code which works for gmail (with the appropriate settings) etc but I cant get it to work for our domain.

    <smtp>

    <network host="mail.***.com" port="587" userName="website@***.com" password="***" defaultCredentials="false"/>

    </smtp>

    Can you help me?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Do you notice any entries in /var/log/exim_mainlog when the message delivery attempt fails? Are you configuring your custom script to use SMTP authentication when sending email?

    Thank you.
