Hello,
Since 6:00 this morning one of our shared servers decided to slow down so bad that time outs are even happening.
The server load is usually low .04-.09 but it peaks at 4-5 every once in a while.
I have played with several setting and still can't get it back to normal.
Any ideas of what to check no major changes have happened during this time. Accept I set the mysql settings to go a little faster.
It may have nothing to do with cpanel I just thought I would see just in case.
Nothing unusual in the error logs, apache keeps failing every half an hour or so. There are only 160 accounts on a p4 1.8 1 gig ram red hat box.
I just noticed this in my error logs:
[Mon Oct 7 13:54:57 2002] [error] server reached MaxClients setting, consider raising the MaxClients setting
It also sais this hundreds of times:
[Mon Oct 7 13:54:47 2002] [warn] NameVirtualHost 66.250.110.###:80 has no VirtualHosts
Thank you,
Charles
