I edited your post to remove the links in order to keep the sensitive details private, but I did check the sites and confirmed they are working from my location. It sounds like your IP has been blocked by the server. If you have root access to the system I'd recommend checking your firewall or cPHulk to see if you are blocked there. If you don't have root access, the only thing you can do is speak with your hosting provider or datacenter and have them check for blocks on their side.

You'll be looking for the IP of your home network, which you can get by visiting ipecho.net.

Maybe a really easy fix might be to switch off your home router for 10 minutes.
If your IP has been blocked on a firewall for some reason ( as @cPRex ) suggests, then a reboot of your home router may initiate a refresh of your IP address.
