    Good day,

I am trying to login to my company's account. Based on the password I was provided, I am able to login successfully, however because we have not updated our password in over 180 days, I am re-directed to a page to update the password.

When I use the password generator, I get an AJAX error. I have also tried creating my own password, and also generating a 12 digit password with a 3rd party app, and still the same.

I am using Chrome but I have also tried the same process in a second browser, Ubuntu Browser.

I have attached a screen shot of the whole affair.

Questions are welcome, and any advice is much appreciated.

    Many thanks

    Hello,

You can try ignoring the warning messages and proceeding to update the password. However, it's likely this will require the help of your web hosting provider. I recommend contacting your hosting provider to report the error message.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Thank you.

    Thank you Michael,

I thought cPanel is our web hosting provider.

Also, I tried ignoring the error message, but it will not let me proceed.
