Web mail login page

what I have to do to customize the Horde/Neomail page
which is opened when a client click on webmail on pops.html
(email account page) .
In other word what I have to do to customize the page generated when the client go to
http://www.domain.com:2095/user+domain.com/ ?

I cannot found that horde/Neomail page on my server
