Web Master Gone & Site Down

My Web Master left town several months ago and left me some basic instructions on his use of CPanel to host our site. Now a couple of days ago our site started getting the "The page cannot be displayed" error - which means our site is DOWN! I know our payment is up to date (I checked) and our domain name is properly still active (I checked that as well). So have no idea why we are down and why I can no longer get to the cpanel admin link.

Can anyone suggest what might be going on or where I can go for help?

you would need to contact your host :D

contact your host and let them check whether the problem is your server or not.

If it's server's problem, then you need to hire some expert for help.
