I have a customer that setup the web protect on a specific folder called "security" under his public_html directory. Everything works fine there.

However, when there is one file in his public_html directory that if he tries to go to pops up and asks him for the username password. It has the same description as the one for his security directory? If you hit cancel it lets you view the page with no problems? What the heck could be the problem.

It looks like this: -> works fine and asks for password etc. -> pops up and asks for password. If you hit cancel you can view the page no problem.
