Web site information tool wanted

Hi

I am developer trying to find a server log analyzer tool that would ultimately help me to decide whether to archive/delete/consolidate website based on the following:

1. when a website was last updated
2. who it was last updated by
3. owner of the website
4. the tool should run in IIS and apache web servers

Is there a tool that would do the above?

I am not aware of any specific tools that will provide you with those specific results. However, the following URLs will show you where most log files are stored:
