webalizer, analog and domlogs

Hi :

The domlogs are grow up and rotatelog don´t rotate .

I see that webalizer create the pages (/home/tmp/webalizer/) each day 1 every month...

When can I rotate (or delete ) domlogs without lost data ?

The day 2 ? The day 1, one minute after webalizer do his work ?

By the way : What do the daemon cpanellogd ? sleep ?
