    Hello,

I have a small problem with both my awstats and webalizer. both awstats and webalizer were update till 6th and suddenly it stopped working for 2 days alone. Now from 9th both are updated and working perfectly.

I do not see any statistics for Aug 7th & 8th alone.
any ideas ! Please let me know.

Check the users log files. Make sure things were logged and partitions aren't full.

    Hello Mark,

    Did you try

    #locate awstats.pl

    It will give,

    /usr/local/cpanel/base/awstats.pl

copy it to the user awstats dir,

    The path is,

    /home/user/tmp/awstats

Change the ownership of awstats.pl to user using chown. Make sure the file has 555 as permissions.

    Then run,

    from /home/user/tmp/awstats,

    perl awstats.pl - config=domain_name - update

Note the default option is -update .

    I hope it would work.

    :)
