I just need to have some custom settings for my site stats. I heard that I'm suppoed to edit my webalizer.conf and put it in my home directory's unique "etc/" directory. But I did that a couple days ago and see no changes. What am I doing wrong?

Actually, I do believe you want this in your site's root directory and not the unique /etc directory and most custom configs should work.
