webalizer ftp stats not working

When accessing webalizer ftp stats within Cpanel, I get this error:

Cannot find an acceptable log file for your domain.

What and where is the log file?

Wow to bring back such an old post.. I am experiencing this error as well on my main domain. It seems other domains are working fine.

Logs should be in /etc/httpd/domlogs/domain.com. Check to see if that exists firsts then try

/scripts/runweblogs username

See if that regenerates it
