Webalizer FTP stats return error

When a client attempts to view ftp stats in cpanel they receive the following error:

Cannot find an acceptable log file for your domain.

It seems to ge server wide. I verified the domlogs and the ftp logs files are indeed present. The domlogs directory is symlinked to another partition. Would that be the problem? I don\'t see why it would since most of our servers have the same setup.

I do believe that\'s for anonFTP stats, not for regular FTP stats. At least, the only times it has worked for us are on sites with anonFTP enabled and active.
