Has webalizer ftp stats been phased out ?. Some of my users have been complaining their stats for webalizer ftp stats are either old or blank. On checking many of them they seem to have stopped at different points over the past year.

Running runweblogs or fixwebalizer doesnt produce errors but also doesnt update webalizer ftp stats.

Check your version of perl. If it's anything lower than v5.8.7 then you need to upgrade it using the installer on layer1.cpanel.net

i've searched this forum for days and tried all of the "fixes" nothing seems to wake the webalize FTP stats up again. I wish I would get an error somewhere so I could track it down.

Nope, Perl -V shows 5.8.7, everything looks normal otherwise.

    You might want to try:

    /scripts/runlogsnow

Then monitor /usr/local/cpanel/logs/stats_log and watch for errors/evidence of where it might be failing.

Some users go into the 'webalizer ftp stats' option from their "web/ftp stats"
    icon and see:

Cannot find an acceptable log file for your domain.

So I dont know if the server is even producing any output on webalizer ftp runs.
