    Hello,

For one of my customers, webalizer hangs since 4 weeks.

When doing /scripts/runweglogs for that user I get many messages: db_put fail!

    What can this be?

Too bad no one ever had an answer, because now I'm seeing it as well. =/

Google has 1 page of results for this issue, and these forums only show this one lonely thread.

edit: it seems to have worked anyway.

I know, that if a user is at or over his quota, or has been at or over his quota, webalizer gets stuck and won't run until you reset it ( /scripts/fixwebalizer )

Alas, I don't know by heart if this exact error message applies to this problem.

db_put fail! is caused by a corrupt dns_cache.db file.

Delete that file and it will be regenerated on the next stats run.
