I have a hosted domain with an SSL certificate properly installed that won't show the Webalizer Stats. If I log into cPanel and click Webalizer, then select any of the SSL stats links, I get an error:
Code:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HTTP error 401
Invalid Security Token
The requested URL does not contain your session’s correct security token.
You may have reached this error by copying and pasting a URL from a different cPanel, WHM, or Webmail session into your browser’s address bar. To resolve this situation, please take one of the following steps:

Go back one page and reload the URL, making sure that the /cpsess … / section of the URL remains the same.
Re-enter your account’s password below. This will assign your session a new security token. This new token will prevent you from using other pages of this application that may be open in other tabs.

Requested page: 404.shtml

I tried re-entering my user ID and password, but it still occurs. The non-SSL stats links work fine. I have many other hosted sites that have SSL installed on their domain and they seem to work fine for SSL stats. I've tried clearing my browser cache and logging in again, etc., but the error is consistent. Any ideas why this would happen?

Thanks!

I did try clearing the cache but it recurs on two different Windows machines in Chrome. Oddly, the same SSL stats links work properly in Firefox and Edge, but fail on two different machines in Chrome.

Had the same issue the other day. Webalizer worked fine on non-SSL sites, but would not work on SSL sites. Everything worked fine a couple months ago. Got the same errors as swbrains. I did an online chat with BlueHost tech support. Bottomline was... I was told webalizer will not work with SSL sites. Finding that hard to believe, I placed a phone call to BlueHost tech support, and after some monkeying around, the telephone tech support guy said the same thing. Hard to believe! Is this for real?

Hello,

Webalizer does indeed work on SSL - I am unable to replicate any issues with webalizer using either SSL or standard connections. I would assume some configuration is preventing this but as of now there's not been enough information provided. What URL are you using to access cpanel? (please don't include the actual domain name just the format)
