Hi Cpanellers!
I'm have root ssh access, and can get into my machine. The issue I'm facing is when I try to login as root into WHM over 2087, I get an htaccess popup that I can't get by.
I've tried changin the root passwd, and also using the command line passwrd tool to change my login successfully, but I still can't get past the htaccess.
I just want to login to run some security updates.
How can I disable to .htaccess prompt for port 2087 from the command line? Or is there a tool to update the login/password for this prompt?
/etc/redhat-release:CentOS release 6.9 (Final)
/usr/local/cpanel/version:11.68.0.19
/var/cpanel/envtype:kvm
CPANEL=release
Thanks for any advice.
