Webmail access

    Hi ,
    since today i can't access to my webmail, when i click "webmail access" it's ask me to change password, i did it several times, but nothing change , it's the same story with the new password...

    Can you help me please to resolve this problem?
    (is it possible that i was hacked?)

    (im website owner)

    Hello :)

    It's possible your email account is blocked by cPHulk brute force detection. Do you have root access to the server? If not, you will need to consult with your web hosting provider to have them investigate why your email account password is not working.

    just to clarify
    password is working, it's not saying wrong password or something like this..but it's ask me to change it ...

    Yes, you will need to have your hosting provider address this issue if you are not able to update your password with this interface.

    one more thing, this happen only with admin@domain.com
    others email accounts working as always

    I would not necessarily classify this as a bug. It's difficult to pinpoint the exact problem if you do not have root access to the server. Your hosting provider will need to address this issue.
